I've been designing off an on since 2000, some freelance, some professional, and some personal. Last year I discovered the Design 365 Challenge concept aimed at inspiring designers to embrace the mantra "practice makes perfect" and push the limits of their creativity by stepping out of their comfort zone by creating one new design at regular intervals over a set period of time.
Initially I aimed for a new finsihed design every day, but I found that goal was reaching a little high. I realized that having the accountability of the blog was a good thing, and has really helped me to keep personal projects on the burner and posted semi-regularly. I may go a week or two between posting at times, but I'm doing much better at keeping the creative juices flowing and planning my next project.
I exclusively retain all the rights to any image you see on my blog, which means that I would appreciate if my work is not taken and misprespresented as belonging to someone else or presented in a negative manner. Please do not display my work in a manner that is judgmental or hateful toward others or along side of non-family friendly content. I am not against anyone sharing my images on their own blog or website. All I ask is a link to my blog be included where it is displayed and that you drop a link to the source in the comments of the post where the image was borrowed from. I'd love to visit your site and see what you have going on as well.
Thanks for visiting and please add any comments and constructive criticism that you may have.
